This policy describes this website and information you provide to White Gloves Concierge LLC in connection with our comparison and new-service assistance. Providers and sales channels have their own privacy notices for their systems and services.
Information from the website
You can browse and use the ZIP tool without providing a name, email address or phone number. A ZIP search uses a ZIP parameter in the page address and requests a regional data file from our website. The ZIP may remain in browser history. Hosting systems may process IP addresses, request times, browser details and page or file requests for delivery, security and reliability.
Information when you contact us
If you call or email, we may receive your contact information and the details you choose to share. An order may require a service address and additional information specified by the selected provider or sales channel. Ask why information is needed before providing it.
How information is used and shared
We use relevant information to answer your inquiry, discuss service options, assist with an order you authorize, maintain appropriate business records, prevent misuse and meet legal obligations. When needed for your requested order, information is submitted to the relevant sales channel, provider and service providers supporting that process. Our named channels for specific programs are DSI and Allconnect, as explained in our Business & Provider Disclosure. The representative will identify the applicable recipient and next step before you authorize submission or a call transfer.
Optional website analytics
With your permission, we use a custom website analytics tool and supporting hosting services to understand how the website is used and improve it. Measurements include page visits, clicks and click locations, scrolling, section and provider interactions, campaign information, page performance and error categories. Approximate region and device or browser categories may also be recorded. A random session identifier groups activity within a visit.
The tool does not collect typed form values or record page contents. Analytics page paths exclude query strings, including the ZIP entered in a search. Selected campaign information is processed separately. A call-button click does not confirm a connected call or sale. Raw analytics records are retained for 90 days.
Analytics is off until you allow it. You can decline or withdraw permission in Privacy settings. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals disable optional analytics and Google call measurement. See our cookies and storage information for browser storage and your choices.
Optional Google Ads call measurement
With your permission, we also use Google Ads to measure calls that follow an ad visit. Google may use advertising-click identifiers, cookies and a Google forwarding number that connects to our sales line. Google processes ad-click identifiers, IP/browser information and call details, such as time, duration, connection status and, where available, caller number, to attribute calls to ads. This website integration does not record call audio or send typed form values to Google.
Google call measurement is off until you allow it through our measurement notice or Privacy settings. Declining does not prevent browsing, ZIP searches or calls to our business number. You can withdraw permission in Privacy settings; the page reloads to stop the loaded Google tag and restores our business number. We do not enable advertising personalization through this integration. Google also processes data under its business-data privacy information.
Sales numbers during your visit
Advertising pages may display a dedicated sales number that stays with you as you explore. Both sales lines reach Local Bundle Options, operated by White Gloves Concierge LLC. This helps us understand which website route led to an inquiry. A shared setting in the page address keeps the number consistent; it is not a unique visitor identifier and does not use cookies or browser storage. Saved or shared links may keep the same line. Page addresses can appear in browser history and hosting logs. With permission, Google may replace the displayed campaign number with a forwarding number that reaches the same sales line; this separate measurement feature uses cookies as described above.
Calls and communications
A call or email is handled separately from the ZIP search. Ask about any call recording before sharing sensitive information. Merely browsing or searching does not submit a request for marketing calls or texts. If you do not want further contact about an inquiry, tell the representative or email us.
Retention and protection
Retention depends on the information, the inquiry or order, business-record needs, applicable legal obligations and dispute handling. Contact us to ask about the retention of information associated with your inquiry. Sales-channel businesses and providers set their own retention practices. We use safeguards appropriate to the information and process; no transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Choices and requests
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or limit certain uses of personal information. Email info@localbundleoptions.com with “Privacy request” and explain your request. We may need to verify your identity and may be unable to fulfill requests subject to legal exceptions. We will explain any verification steps needed to handle your request.
Children and outside sites
This service is intended for adults arranging telecommunications services. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children under 13. Other websites and providers apply their own notices and terms.
